Rev. Liz's Talk: "The Unshakeable Joy Within"😌
Dear Beloved One,
The world trembles with chaos, conflict and uncertainty. The headlines shout. The nervous system tightens. It can begin to feel as if joy itself is irresponsible. Yet beneath all the the noise, something ancient and unshaken continues to sing within us. Not the shallow happiness that depends on circumstances—but the deeper joy that rises from Spirit itself.
Throughout history, mystics, saints, and wise fools have known a secret: Laughter interrupts despair. Happiness disrupts the machinery of fear. Choosing joy in difficult times isn’t naïve—it’s powerful. It reminds us that the human spirit is bigger than the chaos surrounding it.
In the midst of turmoil, choosing happiness becomes a quiet act of spiritual courage. Laughter loosens fear’s grip. Joy reminds us that the soul is larger than the news cycle. Even in difficult times, the heart can remember its deeper rhythm.
This Sunday we explore the spiritual paradox of joy in troubled times—how laughter, gratitude, and presence can become sacred acts that keep the light alive in the world. Join us for a heartfelt and uplifting message about maintaining hope, humor, and the light of Spirit when the world feels heavy.
Come breathe, laugh, and remember the resilient joy at the center of your being.
With great gratitude and love always,
Rev. Liz
