All traditions welcome. Suitable for all experience levels - beginners and advanced. 

Join us as we journey to the heights of consciousness, explore the potential of meditation assisted by a daily selection of esoteric & traditional techniques, and join to meditate as a group - to augment our meditation practice and bring that increased awareness, elevated vibration, and mystical presence even further into our daily lives. Combined with the pairing of astrological insight and the singing of a massive crystal bowl, this meditation is designed to help us align most effectively with the present moment in spacetime.

Schedule:

Doors: 5:15

Spiritual Discussion: 5:30

Technique & Mudra of Day (Mudra - energetic hand placement used during meditation): 5:40

Doors Locked: 5:45

Pranayama (Breathing Practice) begins followed by Meditation: 5:45 - 6:15

Astrology Reading/Spiritual Discussion: 6:15 - 6:30

Session Ends: 6:30ish  (We often stay and discuss spiritual matters for a few minutes afterwards.)
