? We are all like a radio sending and receiving unity. We send out energy or frequency and we receive energy or frequency. For example, if you are vibrating at a frequency of fear, guilt, anger, or loneliness, you are going to attract things that are of a similar vibration to support that frequency. Like attracts like. If you are vibrating in the frequency of love, joy, peace and abundance, you are going to attract things that support that frequency. It is like tuning your radio station to hip-hop, rock and roll or smooth jazz. You get what you tune into.
Prayer is an act of re-tuning your radio station to get the desired frequency. By sitting in the quiet, taking several deep breaths, quieting the mind, and changing the present thoughts from the current undesirable state to the thoughts of the state you want to be in, you are practicing affirmative prayer. Affirming what you want to experience rather than what is rolling around in your mind now.
The Universe, God, Infinite Presence is peace, love, joy, possibility, and kindness. We are one with that. It is just the conscious mind that can wander to thoughts of distress. We have the power to redirect our thinking and attune our feelings to this higher frequency.

Every Sunday, after service, you have the opportunity to pray with a Unity Prayer Practitioner in the Sanctuary or youth classroom.
You can also request to have a Prayer Practitioner call you once a month or during the week for a Private Prayer Call.
